The winch guiding device comprises a winch, a front rope output bracket, a back rope output bracket, a transverse guide bracket, a vertical guide bracket and a central double-guide bracket, wherein the winch is mounted between two frame longitudinal beams; the transverse guide bracket and the vertical guide bracket are mounted on the internal side of the frame; on the internal sides of the frame longitudinal beams, a twisted rope penetrates through the central double-guide bracket, the vertical guide bracket, the transverse guide bracket and the front rope output bracket in sequence to realize front rope output and penetrates through the central double-guide bracket, the vertical guide bracket and the back rope output bracket in sequence to realize back rope output; the central double-guide bracket comprises a bracket, a roller shaft, a big guide wheel and a small guide wheel; a roller shaft is mounted on the bracket; and the big guide wheel and the small guide
