The method comprises the steps of: adding 6-10 parts of a heavy metal ion remover, 10-15 parts of peat nutrient soil, 8-12 parts of humic acid, 7-11 parts of a plant growth regulator and 0.5-2 parts of a plant binding agent in 55-65 parts of the high-silicon iron tailings, and carrying out grinding treatment on the mixed materials.
