The method comprises the following steps of: acquisition of parameters of the method for predicting the gas in the direct-current transmission conversion transformation oil, wherein he parameters include gas parameters in the conversion transformation oil, conversion transformation operation parameters and basic information parameters of conversion transformation; and establishment of a conversion transformation characteristic quantity matrix and a basic sample database in the method for predicting the gas in the conversion transformation oil, determination of a similar sample of the gas in the conversion transformation oil to be predicted, initial prediction on the gas in the conversion transformation oil, and optimization of the parameters in the method for predicting the gas in the conversion transformation oil, thus obtaining a gas prediction result of the conversion transformation oil, namely
