The invention discloses a waste paper pulp dehydration method which comprises the steps of: gathering waste paper pulp water to a waste pulp tank, then pumping the waste pulp water in the waste pulp tank into a vacuum ceramic paper pulp dehydrator for dehydration, absorbing away water through the space in a plate by utilizing the function of the vacuum water absorbing plate in equipment, reusing the water after being absorbed into a white water recycling tank, simultaneously absorbing paper pulp matters on the plate surface, utilizing a paper scrap scraper on the equipment to scrape the matters on the plate surface to a paper scrap outlet groove when the vacuum water absorbing plate rotates, and recovering paper scrap to the paper pulp tank through the paper scrap outlet groove to be treated and reused; according to the method, paper pulp and water in the waste pulp water can be can effectively separating, and the effective recycling of the separated water can be well realized; and simultaneously, the separat
