The invention provides a coal top loading type coke oven coal-loading truck which comprises a coal hopper, a spiral feeder, a coal loading platform and a coal truck fixing guide sleeve, wherein the coal truck fixing guide sleeve is fixed on a coal hopper frame. The coal top loading type coke oven coal-loading truck is characterized in that the coal hopper is fixed on the coal loading platform via a pedestal; a weighing sensor is mounted in the pedestal; the spiral feeder on the bottom of the coal hopper is hung on the lateral lug of the upside of the coal hopper through a chain; the coal outlet of the spiral feeder is inserted into a flexible connection structure which is connected to the coal truck fixing guide sleeve to form a flexible connection; and electrical signals generated by the weighing sensor are converted to digital signals via a digital displayer and used for outputting weight data of the coal in the coal hopper. Through the coal loading truck, the coal loading amount and coal discharging amount
