Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the field of wind power generation blades, and in particular relates to a novel manufacturing process for the front edge of a wind power generation blade. The manufacturing process comprises the following steps of: 1), prefabricating a blade upper shell, fixedly connecting inner covered edge fiber cloth layers on the front edges of an upper mould and a lower mould on the front edge of the upper shell, and paving vacuum materials on the inner covered edge fiber cloth layers; 2), soaking resin into the inner covered edge cloth layers, sealing the front edges of the moulds, vacuumizing the front edges of the moulds after the moulds are assembled, and tightly adhering the inner covered edge fiber cloth layers soaked with the resin to the front edges of the upper mould shell and the lower mould shell by vacuum pressure; or, sealing the front edges of the moulds, vacuumizing the front edges of the moulds after the moulds are assembled, pouring the inner covered edge cloth layers on the fron
