The invention relates to a water cooling device of a servo motor, and the device comprises a water cooling shell body and a motor shell; a water inlet hole and a water outlet hole are arranged on the motor shell; a wire inserting stator is arranged in the water cooling shell body; the outside of the water cooling shell body is connected with the motor shell through a seal ring in a sealed way; a water guide groove on the water cooling shell body and the motor shell form a water cooling loop; and one end of the water cooling loop is communicated with the water inlet hole, and the other end of the water cooling loop is communicated with the water outlet hole. According to the water cooling device for the servo motor, the output efficiency of the servo motor is high, and the output torque and the output power are increased.
