Display panel and driving device

The invention discloses a driving device. A plurality of driving units of the driving device generate a plurality of sequentially enabled driving signals according to a plurality of clock signals. Each driving unit generates at least two driving signals and comprises a driving circuit, a first output circuit, a second output circuit and a holding circuit. Each control circuit generates a first control signal and a second control signal. Each first output circuit generates a first driving signal and enables the same according to the first control signal, the first clock signal and the second clock signal. Each second output circuit generates a second driving signal and enables the same according to the first control signal, the third clock signal and the fourth clock signal. The first driving signal and the second driving signal are sequentially enabled.
