The vitamin C added soymilk is prepared through adding ascorbic acid to a drink prepared through treating at least one bean as a preparation raw material, and can increase the absorption rate of small intestines to iron, wherein the addition dosage of the ascorbic acid is 25-50mg/100mL; the vitamin C salt added soymilk is prepared through adding an ascorbate to the drink prepared through treating at least one bean as a preparation raw material, wherein the dosage of ascorbic acid ions provided by the ascorbate is 25-50mg/100mL; and the vitamin C stereoisomer added soymilk is prepared through adding an ascorbic acid stereoisomer to the drink prepared through treating at least one bean as a preparation raw material, wherein the dosage of the ascorbic acid ions provided by the ascorbic acid stereoisomer is 25-50mg/100mL.
