Sampling data are read and processed from a PQView database. The method includes the steps of performing normalization processing on sampling point data to obtain a normalization index; obtaining a corresponding simple power quality index assessment coefficient according to the normalization index; multiplying the simple power quality index assessment coefficient by signal index fractions respectively and summarizing to obtain single power quality index scores; and finally, obtaining power quality comprehensive assessment results according to a power quality score comparison table.
