Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a drug for external use for preventing and treating scabies, and mainly solves the problems that organic phosphorus medicines for preventing and treating scabies are high in toxicity, short in persistence and poor in therapy efficacy and pyrethroid medicines are high in expenses and easy to generate resistance in the prior art. The drug for external use is characterized by comprising, by weight, 30-45% of phoxim, 10-15% of fenvalerate, 5% of XN-100, 8-10% of 0301C, and the balance being dimethylbenzene. The drug for external use for preventing and treating scabies is low-cost, good in safety, good in therapy efficacy, long in persistence and not easy to generate resistance.
