Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a scenting method for a steamed jasmine tea. The scenting method comprises the following steps of: selecting a tea base material and a jasmine material; mixing the tea base material with the jasmine material for scenting; screening the scented tea base material and the jasmine material; drying the screened tea base material, and racking patterns for the dried tea base material. The scenting method is characterized in that the height for mixing the tea base material with the jasmine material for scenting is 9cm to 11 cm, wherein the scenting time is 10 hours to 14 hours; and scenting is at least carried out twice. The scenting method has beneficial effects of using low-bulk scenting and low-temperature drying to keep green tea soup of the tea base as much as possible, enabling the faint scent of the tea base to well combine with the freshness of the jasmine tea, and forming unique fragrance and taste. |
