Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:	A radiation detecting cassette and a medical system are provided to improve reliability of a medical system and communications of a radiation detecting cassette by improving transmission of image data. A radiation conversion panel is loaded in a casing, detects a radiation(X) transmitting a subject(14), and converts a detected radiation into radiation image information. A memory is loaded in the casing, and memorizes the radiation image information converted by the radiation conversion panel. A communications unit is loaded in the casing, and transmits the radiation image information to an external device. A controller is loaded in the casing. A communications maintaining unit is loaded in the casing, and maintains transmitted radiation image information while the communications unit transmits the radiation image information.
