Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) modified soft and hard consubstantial heat insulation sealing section bar and a forming process thereof. The forming process comprises the following steps of: manufacturing a vacuum forming die with two feeding holes; respectively extruding soft and hard PVC materials into the die from the two feeding holes by two extruding machines, and simultaneously controlling different PVC materials to perform vacuum forming so as to form PVC modified soft and hard consubstantial plastics at different forming temperatures; performing vacuum cooling setting on the PVC modified soft and hard consubstantial plastics after the vacuum forming is finished; and demolding after cooling is finished, wherein the forming temperature of the soft PVC material is between 115 and 118 DEG C, and the forming temperature of the hard PVC material is between 140 and 142 DEG C.
