Zusammenfassung:	The invention aims to provide a polyethylene tubing resin composition. HDPE (high-density polyethylene) is treated as a base material and is modified through the micro-crosslinking of weather-resistant POE master batches and an organic peroxide, so the tubing resin composition has an excellent ESCR (environmental stress cracking resistance) (for above 3000h). The invention further provides a preparation method of the composition. The resin composition comprises 100wt% of the HDPE, 0.05-0.2wt% of a complex crosslinking assistant and 10-30wt% of the weather-resistant POE master batches, wherein the weather-resistant POE master batches are a mixture composed of a polymer POE, a composite light stabilizing agent, a POE-g-VA graft (POE and vinyl acetate graft) and a dispersant.
