| Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a preparation method of a lycopene intermediate 2-methyl-3,3-dialkyloxy-1-propionaldehyde. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, carrying out a Darzens condensation of 1,1-dialkyloxy-2-acetone having a structure represented by formula (2), alkyl chloracetate and an alkali at -30-0DEG C under the protection of an inert gas to obtain a condensation product; and 2, carrying out hydrolysis and decarboxylation of the condensation product at 40-50DEG C to obtain 2-methyl-3,3-dialkyloxy-1-propionaldehyde having a structure represented by formula (1). The preparation method has the advantages of simple technological route, easily available raw materials, low cost, and great industrial values. |
