The invention relates to the manufacture technical field of textiles, and in particular to a winding device. The winding device comprises a framework, a worm gear mechanism, paying off supporting rods and a motor, wherein the worm gear mechanism is arranged at one end of the framework; a transmission shaft is supported on the framework; a worm in the worm gear mechanism is connected with one end of the transmission shaft; a winding frame is fixedly connected to the transmission shaft in the axial line of the transmission shaft; the other end of the transmission shaft is in key joint with a transmission wheel driven to rotate by the motor; and the paying off supporting rods are fixed at the bottom of the framework and arranged in the length direction of the framework.
