The process for fabricating sandals comprises the following steps of: firstly fabricating an upper face by a model, mounting the upper face on a middle frame model, injecting a TPU (Thermoplastic polyurethane) material into the middle frame model, and finally carrying out hot melting molding. According to the process for fabricating the sandals, not only are the styles of the sandals elegant and graceful, but also the sandals are comfortably worn, not easy to deform and durable, and meanwhile, the sandals have no harm to skins of a human body and no pollution to atmospheric environments.
