Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for processing a cold-hot water pipe of a turbulent flow polyurethane (PUR) foaming mold of an automobile. The method mainly comprises the following steps of firstly performing mold flow analysis at an early stage of a mold design to find a deformation point and the deformation direction; then adding a plurality of water channels on the mold to apply cold water at an outward-deforming position of a water pipe product; and applying hot water at the inward-deforming position of the product to enable the product to produce reversible deformation, wherein the product does not deform after cooled.
