The tool is characterized by comprising a main skeleton with upright posts; the end part of each upright post is connected with a screw rod matched with a nut; a sizing block is fixed on the screw rod; a telescopic harness screw rod is fixed in the middle of the main skeleton through a nut; and the nut on which a hook is fixed is matched with the same end of the harness screw rod as the sizing block, and a handle is fixed at the other end of the harness screw rod.
