The invention relates to a technology for producing comb honey and aims at providing natural comb honey. The technology is characterized in that according to a structure and package of the honeycomb honey, biology principles of honeybees are fully used, the honeybees freely build combs in a box, a cap is covered when stored honey matures, the whole processes of comb building and honey storing are finished in the box, comb honey grids are not required in the box, the honeybees freely build the combs and naturally store the honey, and the cap is covered and a box bottom is added when the stored honey matures so that standard production of the comb honey is achieved. The technology for producing the comb honey has the main advantages that bee swarms naturally build the honey combs, and the cap is covered when the honey naturally matures so that the technology has original ecology characteristics.
