The invention provides a method for measuring a finger-print of a poecilobdella manillensis drug. Poecilobdella manillensis (poecilobdella manillensis) is commonly referred to as a phnom penh leech, belongs to arhynchobdellida, hirudinidae and poecilobdella, has the obvious functions of resisting coagulation, resisting thrombus, thrombolysis, and antiplatelet aggregative activity, has significant medical value, has not recorded in pharmacopoeia or other local standards so far, and has no any report about the finger-print. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the poecilobdella manillensis drug is measured by a high-performance liquid chromatography; the finger-print of the poecilobdella manillensis drug is built; a method is provided for entire quality evaluation of the drug, and the method is used for quality control of the poecilobdella manillensis drug material.
