The invention relates to a spherical pyramid glass curtain wall construction method including the steps: (1) putting up a curtain wall support structure-spherical net frame accordant with design, and enabling each corner point of the spherical net frame to form a connecting node; (2) vertically arranging a support upwards on each connecting node, wherein each support is perpendicular to the tangential direction of the corresponding connecting node; (3) putting up curtain wall support units-rectangular pyramid steel frame units on the spherical net frame, wherein each rectangular pyramid steel frame unit is provided with four side faces and a bottom face, and four corner points of each bottom face are rigidly connected on the respective corresponding supports; and (4) mounting a curtain wall glass unit on each side face of each rectangular pyramid steel frame unit by the aid of a first connecting device and a second connecting device so that a spherical pyramid glass curtain wall is formed, is provided with th
