Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a zinc-type saline-alkali resistance and water retention organic fertilizer which belongs to the technical field of fertilizers and is used for solving the problems that saline-alkali soil is easy to be hardened, severe in structure, bad in tilth, low in fertility and low in bio-availability of nutrients required by crop growth due to high pH and high salinity. The zinc-type saline-alkali resistance and water retention organic fertilizer is made from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 220-225 parts of fermented protein, 175-195 parts of humic acid, 10-20 parts of zinc, 25-40 parts of ferrum, 15-18 parts of bull bone powder and 50-60 parts of water-retaining agent. The zinc-type saline-alkali resistance and water retention organic fertilizer has the functions of retaining water, resisting drought and preserving heat and is capable of effectively supplementing microelements required by crops and improving the output and quality of the crops.
