Thermal baffle for heat exchanger

The invention discloses a thermal baffle for a heat exchanger. The thermal baffle comprises a plate body, and is characterized in that a plurality of air inlet holes with flanges are formed on the plate body; air outlet holes are formed at positions which correspond to cooling pipes at the air outlet end of the heat exchanger, and all the cooling pipes at the air outlet end are accommodated in the air outlet holes; the number and position of the air inlet holes correspond to that of the cooling pipes at the air inlet end of the heat exchanger; and each flange is inserted into the corresponding cooling pipe. According to the thermal baffle, waste gas can directly flow into the cooling pipes and does not directly impact a main plate, and the thermal stress at the welding line of the main plate and the cooling pipes can be effectively reduced, so that the reliability of the heat exchanger is improved; and moreover, a heat exchanger flange matched with the thermal baffle is not required to be made of a high-tempe
