Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a processing method for preventing inner surface oxidization of a steel pipe during heat treatment. The method is characterized in that wood type combustible materials are placed inside an inner hole of the steel pipe before heat treatment, two ends of the steel pipe are plugged with fire-resistant components, and then the steel pipe is subjected to heat treatment. The processing method for preventing inner surface oxidization of the steel pipe during heat treatment is simple in process and easy to implement, the reduction of the production cost is facilitated, and procedures after heat treatment are simplified. After the steel pipe which is processed by the method is subjected to heat treatment, the inner surface of the steel pipe only has a thin iron scale layer, and the standard requirements are totally met. |
