Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a sea wave power generation device capable of floating up and down. The sea wave power generation device comprises a floater device, a hydraulic cylinder device arranged on the floater device, an oil tank arranged on the hydraulic cylinder device and a hydraulic motor and a generator which are arranged on the oil tank and are connected with each other, wherein one end of the hydraulic cylinder device is hinged to the bottom of the oil tank, and the other end of the hydraulic cylinder device is hinged to the floater device; the hydraulic cylinder device is provided with a hydraulic cylinder oil inlet and a hydraulic cylinder oil outlet respectively; the hydraulic cylinder oil outlet is connected with the oil tank, and an oil path is led to the hydraulic motor; the hydraulic cylinder oil inlet is connected with the oil tank; and the hydraulic motor is connected with the oil tank. By the sea wave power generation device, a hydraulic system is driven by a floater; sea wave potential can be fully used; the moving direction of sea waves is uncertain; however, the floater can always float up and down under the action of the sea waves and the action of the own gravity no matter which the direction the sea waves is in, so that the hydraulic system is driven to work and the generator is driven to generate power; and therefore, energy of the sea waves can be used.
