The process adopts a secondary water quenching and acid leaching optimizing process with HCl, H2SO4 and HF as an acid leaching reagent, and includes the steps of:1, crushing the vein quartz as the raw material until the particle diameter reaches 30mm below, and then screening to obtain the materials with the particle diameters of 5-30mm; 2, cleaning the raw material and removing impurities and impurity-containing materials; 3, roasting the materials for 0.5-2h at a temperature of 1000 DEG C, and then rapidly water-quenching in room-temperature distilled water; 4, drying the materials and crushing until the particle diameter reaches less than 40 meshes; 5, roasting the materials for 1-3h at a temperature of 650 DEG C, and then water-quenching in the room-temperature distilled water rapidly; 6, drying the materials and screening to 40-70 meshes, 70-140 meshes and less than 140 meshes; 7, acid-leaching |
