The novel baicalein combination provided by the invention comprises baicalein, a solid dispersion carrier, a plasticizer and an anti-plastering aid, and is prepared by adopting a hot melting extrusion technology. According to the combination, the preparation process is simple, the industrial mass production is easy to realize, and no organic solvent residuals exist. The prepared combination has the advantages that the stability is good, and the in-vitro dissolution and bioavailability of the baicalein are greatly improved. |
