The invention provides a method for evaluating filter stick production process capacity. The method comprises the following steps of: firstly, determining the core process, procedures and critical to quality (CTQ) basic items; secondly, obtaining the yield of the CTQ basic items in each process and each procedure through data acquisition; thirdly, substituting data into corresponding formulas, and calculating the procedure yield, process yield and product yield of an acetate fiber filter stick, a groove filter stick or a composite filter stick of a certain specification; and finally, calculating the product yield of all filter sticks of an enterprise by using a formula according to the product yield, output and product weight of the filter stick of each specification to evaluate the filter stick production process capacity of the whole enterprise.
