The wide-angle LED illuminating lamp comprises a lamp head main body and a lamp shade, wherein the lamp shade is arranged on the top of the lamp head main body and defines an accommodating space; an LED substrate component and light-distributing boards are arranged in the accommodating space; the LED component comprises an LED substrate with a reflecting function and an LED light source which is arranged on the LED substrate; the LED substrate is arranged on a top surface of the lamp head main body; the light-distributing boards are arranged above the LED substrate at intervals through support pieces; a plurality of light-transmitting holes are densely distributed on the light-distributing boards; and light-reflecting layers are arranged on at least lower surfaces, which face the LED substrate, of the light-distributing boards.
