Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a raspberry Cordyceps healthy liquor which is prepared from raspberry, Cordyceps (or Cordyceps mycelia) and kaoliang spirit base in the proportion of 10:1:88. The invention further provides a preparation method for preparing the raspberry Cordyceps healthy liquor. The preparation method comprises the following steps: selecting the raspberry and the Cordyceps (or Cordyceps mycelia) in the proportion of 10:1, cleaning the raspberry and the Cordyceps (or Cordyceps mycelia) quickly and then placing the raspberry and the Cordyceps (or Cordyceps mycelia) in a glass pottery or a stainless steel container; adding the kaoliang spirit base in the proportion of 1:8; and sealing the raspberry and the Cordyceps in which the spirit base is added, and then placing the raspberry and the Cordyceps under the condition of 28 DEG C for fermentation for 72 hours.
