Heat-conduction insulating varnish composite material and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to a heat-conduction insulating varnish composite material and a preparation method thereof. The heat-conduction insulating varnish composite material comprises an insulating varnish basic material, a nanofiller of SiO2 polymer composite particles, and/or an inorganic mircofiller. The heat-conduction insulating varnish composite material comprises an insulating varnish basic material, the nanofiller of the SiO2 polymer composite particles and the inorganic mircofiller, and an anti-settling agent. The preparation method comprises the steps of A. preparing the nanofiller of the SiO2 polymer composite particles; B. preparing the inorganic mircofiller; and C. mixing the nanofiller and the inorganic mircofiller, processing the mixture with ultrasound and removing bubbles. Finally, the heat-conduction insulating varnish composite material having uniformly-dispersed inorganic micro-nano fillers is obtained. The preparation method can realize uniform dispersion of the inorganic micro-nano filler
