Sound insulation floor structure and sound insulation floor components as well as method for reducing floor impact sounds

Intermediate layers including shock absorbing members formed of nonwoven fiber structures are interposed between a floor substrate member and a floor finish layer, resulting in a sound insulation floor structure being formed. Structures which contain moist heat adhesive fibers and wherein fibers are fixed by the fusion of these moist heat adhesive fibers, are used as said nonwoven fiber structures. As regards such a sound insulation floor structure, it is permissible, for example, to successively laminate a shock absorbing layer (2), a blank layer (3), a hard layer (4), and a floor finish layer (5) over the floor substrate member (1).
