The method comprises the following steps of: changing the arrangement space of electric heating pipes in a main furnace body to be 5-5.5 cm; setting the width of the inlet of a hot air distribution chamber to be N*(7-12mm); setting the height of the inlet of the hot air distribution chamber to be 160-200 mm; choosing the power and the rotating speed of a circulating fan to be 1.5-2.2 KW and 550-800 rpm; and choosing the power and the rotating speed of a waste discharge fan to be 0.75KW and 250-500 rpm.
