Method for calculating cupping pressure

The invention provides a method for calculating cupping pressure. The method includes the steps: measuring normal cupping pressure reduction values of portions of a human body in health and cupping reference pressure reduction values of a focus of the human body in illness; storing the values in a data base; acquiring corresponding reference pressure reduction values from the data base according to a portion of a patient to be cupped when the patient needs cupping medical treatment; weighting the reference pressure reduction values according to adjustment factors such as personal basic conditions, symptoms to be treated and cupping positions of the patient to obtain a cupping pressure reduction value to serve as pressure needed in at least one cup in cupping; placing each cup on the portion of the patient to be cupped and pumping out air in the cup by an air pump; and retaining the cup on the body of the patient to perform cupping medical treatment until the pressure in the cup reaches the cupping pressure re
