Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a priority switching method in electromechanical communication. Storage IC cards of a database of a priority mapping table are arranged in a field PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) communicated with an upper computer control system, and then priority items in the priority mapping table decided by a control demand are assigned to all the storage IC cards in a switching manner, so that the problem of disastrous consequences caused by delayed treatment of significant problems of panic control persons is overcome.
