Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a semiconductor illuminating device, which comprises a lamp body and a heat dissipation device, wherein a driving power device is accommodated inside the lamp body, and the lamp body is electrically connected with a light source device; the heat dissipation device is arranged outside the lamp body and bears the light source device; the light source device adopts the design of an annular optic bulb shell; an air guide channel running through the light source device is arranged at the middle part of a top light outgoing area and forms an air channel together with the heat dissipation device to increase heat dissipation efficiency; and the annular bulb shell design can ensure that the whole lamp reaches a wide angle irradiation range being over 300 degrees.
