Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a high-temperature-resistant arabanase as well as a coding gene and applications of the arabanase. According to the invention, the amino acid sequence of the arabanase is shown in SEQNO:1. The arabanase has the characteristics of strong heat resistance and high activity under the pH condition close to 7. Under the conditions that the temperature is 75 DEG C and pH is 6.5, the enzyme activity of the arabanase is the highest, the specific enzyme activity of the arabanase is up to 16.7U/mg; the protease has high enzyme activity at the temperature of 60-85 DEG C when the pH is 6.0-8.0; and in a reaction system with the temperature of 75 DEG C, after heat preservation is performed for 2 hours, the enzyme activity of the arabanase remains unchanged.
