The dresser comprises a polycrystalline diamond composite sheet and a rod-shaped matrix; an opening slot formed by a line cutting shaping way is formed at one end of the rod-shaped matrix; the thickness of the polycrystalline diamond composite sheet is matched with the depth of the opening slot; the appearance dimension of the polycrystalline diamond composite sheet is matched with the appearance dimension of the opening slot; and the shape of the polycrystalline diamond composite sheet is formed by laser cutting; the polycrystalline diamond composite sheet is matched with the opening slot of the rod-shaped matrix; and the polycrystalline diamond composite sheet is fixed in the opening slot of the rod-shaped matrix by a welding way.
