Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a forging technology for a pipe fitting with flanges at two ends. The forging technology comprises the following steps: manufacturing a pipe blank; forging the pipe blank on a horizontal hydraulic press through a core bar and a model ring in a jacking and extending way; reserving a section of pipe blank for forming one end flange, and initially forging the pipe blank with one end flange; carrying out flame cutting to remove bottom end of the pipe blank and abandoned material at the flange end; locally heating the other end of the pipe blank on a vertical hydraulic press with a local device; and pressing and upsetting another end flange of the pipe blank on the vertical hydraulic press with a flange upsetting device. The pipe fitting manufactured by the invention has little follow-up working allowance for the appearance, so that materials are saved, the manufacturing period is shortened and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
