The billing method includes receiving a network entry request, including an application account, sent by a user; endorsing the user to enter the network when the network entry application account is determined to be an authorized account and amount of money of the application account is not zero; and billing for the application account according to online information of the user. According to the technical scheme, the billing method and device and the wireless router have the advantages of simplicity and convenience in billing and user management.
