Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a calibration method for improving frequency accuracy of a built-in remote control (RC) oscillator. The calibration method is characterized in that the calibration method is applied to a main control chip to calibrate frequency of an interface chip, a crystal oscillator is positioned outside the main control chip, and the RC oscillator is positioned in the interface chip. The calibration method comprises the following steps that S001, the main control chip measures RC oscillation frequency or period of the interface chip, and the main control chip calculates to achieve modification values; and S002 the modification values are written into the interface chip to modify oscillation frequency of the interface chip. The calibration can modify process errors without increasing chip cost to achieve the purpose of high accuracy.
