The invention provides a pipeline-type image data transmitting device and method. The pipeline-type image data transmitting device comprises a displacement buffer module, a primary data buffer module and a secondary data buffer module, wherein the displacement buffer module is used for temporarily storing a first pen bit datum; the primary data buffer module is used for triggering and locking the first pen bit datum which is temporarily stored by the displacement buffer module by virtue of a first state of a latch lock signal; the secondary data buffer module is used for triggering and locking the first pen bit datum which is temporarily stored by the primary data buffer module by virtue of a second state of the latch lock signal; and after the first pen bit datum of the primary data buffer module is locked by the displacement buffer module, a second pen bit datum can be further temporarily stored by the displacement buffer module.
