Continuous on-line filter bag type dehydration method for dredging sludge in lakes and rivers

The invention discloses a continuous on-line filter bag type dehydration method for dredging sludge in lakes and rivers. Polymeric aluminum chloride (PAC) with set concentration and polyacrylamide (PAM) with set concentration are quantitatively and continuously added into a pipeline mixer, the sludge performs coagulation reaction in the pipeline mixer and a filter bag on line, and finally quick dehydration is achieved under the action of pressure and gravity in the filter bag. By means of the method, the dehydration speed of the sludge can reach to 2m /h, is improved by about 5 times than that of the sludge by means of a traditional natural dehydration process, and the moisture content of the dehydrated sludge can be reduced by 65% and is improved by 1.5 times than that of the sludge bymeans of the traditional natural dehydration process.
