The invention relates to a preparation method of a manganese sulfate solution with ultralow calcium and magnesium impurity concentration. The method comprises the steps of: using manganese sulfate solution obtained by dissolving industrial grade or feed grade manganese sulfate in water as a raw material or directly using manganese sulfate solution prepared by manganese ore as the raw material; (1) converting manganese in the manganese sulfate solution into a sediment or solid anode product by an electrolytic method; (2) taking out the anode product obtained by the step (1) and cleaning residual solution by purified water; and (3) reducing and dissolving the anode product cleaned clearly in the step (2) to obtain the manganese sulfate solution with ultralow calcium and magnesium impurity concentration.
