The preparation method includes boiling the three materials into an immersion-boiled solution by adding water and raising the temperature and concentrating the immersion-boiled solution; adding ethanol to dissolve the concentrated solution, and subjecting a filtrate to ethanol recovery till no ethanol exists; and adding injection water into a concentrate, heating and boiling the concentrate to obtain a supernate for precipitation, refeeding the injection water into liquid medicine and adding tween-80, evenly stirring the mixture, and subjecting the mixture to refined filtration to obtain the injection.
