The invention discloses a hydraulic loading, unloading and moving device which is suitable for moving high-voltage and low-voltage electric equipment for a basement in a construction site of a high-rise building to improve mounting efficiency of the electric equipment, and can be also used in other loading, unloading and moving occasions.
