The invention discloses a method and a system for preventing a customized software mobile phone from being cracked and used. The method comprises the following steps of: backing up start parameters; judging whether the customized mobile phone is started for the first time, if so, backing up set start parameters which are necessary for starting of the mobile phone in a backup region, and only permitting set programs to access the backup region; damaging the start parameters; damaging start parameter values in a region where original start parameters are located, so that the mobile phone cannot be started by accessing the start parameters in the region; starting the mobile phone; and starting the customized mobile phone by utilizing the start parameters stored in the backup region, thus realizing normal starting of the mobile phone.
