Morphological method for determining main transgenic honey plant pollen in honey

The invention relates to a morphological method for determining main transgenic honey plant pollen in honey. The method comprises the following steps of (1) separating pollen of honey samples; (2) making microscopic observation glass slides of the pollen samples; (3) measuring pollen particle sizes; (4) shooting standard diagrams of the pollen; and (5) determining honey plants. Standard diagrams are established by studying the microscopic morphologies of the pollen of cotton and rape. Honey free of the pollen of the above-mentioned crops is eliminated quickly with a microscopic examination way. The method can be used for fast determining quickly whether or not the honey contains transgenic components.
